Cantaloupe and Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients
1/4 Canteloupe thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes sliced thinly
1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
4 slices of thinly sliced prosciutto chopped into small pieces
50 grams goats cheese, crumbled
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped basil leaves[optional]
Method
In a large, flat , dish place a layer of the cantaloupe, then tomato slices over it, then cucumber slices, then prosciutto , then the goats cheese, then basil leaves [ iff using], mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad , ready to serve
