Chicken thighs in creamy peppercorn sauce

Ingredients
800 grams skinless chicken thighs
300 g cream
1 brown onion finely diced
3 teaspoons minced garlic
100 grams drained green peppercorns
1/2 cup sweet sherry
1 cup white wine
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Method
In a large frypan , place oil and fry the chicken pieces, till cooked through will take about 15 -20 minutes
Place chicken on a dish
Now place onions in the frypan and cook till soft then add garlic , fry for about 30 seconds
Add the cream, wine,sherry, peppercorns,mustard,lemon juice stir through till blended and slightly thickened
Add the chicken pieces warm through, ready to serve
