Ingredients



  • 3 packs of instant vanilla pudding

  • 600 mls thickened cream , whipped

  • 3 cups cold milk

  • 400 grams of chocolate frosting

  • 1 pack of Graham crackers




Method


In a large bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with the milk , then stir through the cream

In a medium sized rectangular dish, line it with one layer of biscuits, place half of the cream mixture over the biscuits , place another layer of biscuits and place remaining cream mixture , place a another layer of biscuits and place the chocolate fudge over the biscuits, place in fridge overnight
