Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
1 tin corned beef ,chopped
1 large onion, diced
1/4 cup oil
3 potatoes boiled till soft and diced
salt and pepper to taste
toast and poached eggs to serve with
Method
Place onion with oil in a frypan and saute till soft and lightly browned
add the potatoes and brown them
add the corned beef stir it through and cook for another 2 minutes , season to taste and serve with toast and a poached egg
