Creamy Chicken and Bacon

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large brown onion chopped finely
2 teaspoons minced garlic
500 grams diced chicken fillet
200g diced bacon
1/2 cup white wine
300mls light cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Method
In a large frypan add the oil and onions and fry gently , till soft , add the garlic fry for another minute
Add the remaining bacon and fry till browned
Add the chicken and fry till moisture evaporates and is lightly browned
Add the white wine stir through and let it evaporate
Add the cream, parsley salt and pepper , cook gently till sauce reduces and thickens
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and a salad
