Crunchy Tabouleh Salad

Ingredients
2 cups cooked burghul wheat
1-2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
juice from one lemon
1 bunch parsley washed and finely chopped
1 440g can rinsed and drained lentils
2 tablespoons toasted pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
2 tablespoons toasted sunflower seeds
2 tomatoes diced
2 tablespoons currants
1 red onion finely diced
Method
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well , adjust salt to taste and serve
