Easy Miso Soup

TOTAL TIME: 20 mins


Ingredients

4 cups hot water

4 teaspoons dashi powder

1 sheet dried seaweed cut into squares

3 tablespoons white miso paste

1 cup chopped green leafy vegetables,[buc choy, kale, spinach]

1/2 cup sliced spring onions

1/3 rd cup diced silken tofu


Method

In a saucepan add water and dashi powder bring to the boil

Add the vegetables and spring onions simmer till soft about 5 minutes

Dissolve the miso paste in a little extra warm water

Add the tofu and seaweed into the saucepan , lower the heat

Now add the miso paste and stir through till warm, do not boil and serve
