Fish with chilli cream sauce

COOK TIME: 40 mins

TOTAL TIME: 1 hr



Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius


Ingredients


  • 700g white fish fillets

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley and dill

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1/2 cup cream

  • 1/2 cup white wine

  • 1 green chilli finely chopped [optional]

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste

  • fresh ground pepper

  • 1 spring onion finely sliced





Method


Grease a small baking pan with the oil, wash and pat dry the fish fillets and pace in the pan,


Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl, pour over the fish


Place in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes, check fish is cooked through and serve with a salad and or roasted vegetables , Enjoy!!
