Garlic Asian Noodles

Ingredients
2 cups of finely shredded cabbage , red and green cabbage
1 cup grated carrots
3 spring onions finely chopped
2 red chillies finely chopped
250 grams angel hair pasta[or any noodles you want to use]
2 tablespoons sesame seeds [toasted on a dry frypan for about 5 mins till slightly browned]
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon maple syrup [or honey]
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sriracha
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Method
Cook the noodles according to packet directions , drain with cold water and set aside. In a small bowl , place the maple syrup, sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha and oyster sauce, mix well.In a large frying pan place the vegetable oil add garlic, ginger, chillies and spring onions and fry gently for 3 minutes, Add the cabbage and carrots fry till slightly softened . Add the noodles and cook through combining all well.Pour the sauce over the noodles, stir through and warm it all. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds . Ready to serve !
