Hawaiian Fish Wraps

Ingredients


  • 600 grams white fish fillets

  • 2 tablespoons extra oil for frying

  • 1 pack wraps

Marinating Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 shallots thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce [optional]

Salad Ingredients

  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced

  • 1 cup mixed coleslaw

  • 1 tomato thinly sliced

  • 1/4 capsicum thinly sliced

  • 1 red chilli thinly sliced [optional]

  • 2 slices of tinned pineapple chopped in thick chunks


Method


Place all marinating ingredients in a bowl ,ensure the sugar is dissolved ,place fish fillets in it and let sit for at least 30 minutes

Mix the dressing ingredients together and set aside

Fy the marinated fish fillets in the oil, place on warmed wraps ,top with salad ingredients and then place the creamy dressing on top , Enjoy!
