Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped finely

  • 1 small spring onion finely sliced

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt




Method

Mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate till ready to serve
