Ingredients
1 small cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped finely
1 small spring onion finely sliced
1 cup plain yoghurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
Mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate till ready to serve
