Indian Turkey Patties

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil [extra oil may be needed] to fry
1 cup chopped fresh coriander
1 large brown onion chopped finely and fried in oil till soft and golden
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons ginger paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon salt to taste
500 grams minced turkey
Method
In a large bowl mix all ingredients except the oil.
Add oil to the frying pan
Take a tablespoonful of mixture , shape with hands into a patti and fry till cooked on both sides
Delicious served with mango chutney and yoghurt
