Mediteranean fish with capers and wine

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
2 large pieces of white fish , I used mackerel
1/2 cup white wine
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chilli flakes[optional]
1 tablespoon capers
1/4 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon butter
Method
Heat oil in a large solid frypan.
Add the fish and garlic
Fry the fish with the garlic on. a low flame till browned both sides, will take almost 10 minutes
Remove the fish and place on a plate
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes, adjust salt to taste
Return the fish to the frypan and cook through , ensure fish is cooked through
Remove from pan and drizzle sauce over the fish to serve
