Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 200grams sliced mushrooms

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary , remove the stalk and chop the leaves finely

  • 1/3rd cup white wine

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil





Method


Using a heavy based frypan place oil and add the garlic. Fry for about 30 seconds.


Add the mushrooms and fry till moisture evaporates.

Add the wine, rosemary and salt. Let it cook till the moisture evaporates.


Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
