Pasta Puttanesca

Ingredients
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 heaped teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons drained capers
1/2 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
1/2 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can 400grams chopped tomatoes
8 anchovies finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves chopped
250mg spaghetti
freshly grated parmesan cheese for serving
Method
Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to instructions, drain and set aside
In a frypan place oil , add the garlic and fry for 1 minute,
Add the anchovies fry for another minute
Add all the remaining ingredients [except cheese] and simmer for 15 minutes
Add the pasta into the sauce
Serve with parmesan cheese
