Polenta Porridge

Ingredients
1 cup polenta
1 cup cold water
2 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt to taste
Method
Place polenta in a saucepan, add the cold water and stir through
Now add the boiling water and cook over a low flame
Add more water if want a more runny consistency
Once simmered for 10 minutes add salt to taste and ready to plate up
Stir through the sour cream and top with feta cheese
