Red Pepper Dip[Vegan]

Ingredients


  • 3 large red capsicums

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1 teaspoon sumac

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts


Method


In a greased baking dish place the capsicums and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes till skin blisters

Remove from oven and cover with a tea towel to sweat the peppers

Once cooled remove the skin

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend all together , taste for salt and ready to serve
