Ingredients

• 120 grams washed rocket leaves

• 120 grams blue vein cheese, crumbled

• 200grams coarsely chopped walnuts

• 1 pear thinly sliced

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

Place rocket leaves in a large bowl

Place the pears on top

Place the walnuts over the pears

Sprinkle the cheese on top

Mix the oil, vinegar and salt and pour on top Ready to serve
