Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 bunch silverbeet
1 lemon
Salt
Method
Wash the silverbeet leaves and chop coarsely.
Place in a large pot of water and bring to boil. Boil for 15 minutes.
Check if stalks are soft. Drain the water.
Add salt to taste and then add the juice from the lemon and olive oil.
Mix well and serve as a side dish with fish or steak
