Tofu topped with mushrooms

Ingredients

300 grams silken tofu , drained on absorbent paper

1 cup chopped mushrooms

1/2 brown onion finely chopped

1 spring onion finely sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oil



Method

In a frypan add the oil and brown onion and fry till soft

Add the mushrooms ,fry till moisture has evaporated and lightly browned

Add the spring onions fry till slightly softened

Add the soy sauce and warm it through

Pour mixture over the tofu

Ready to serve.
