Vegan Chilli Stir Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
1 medium brown onion peeled and diced
1/2a head of small cabbage very thinly sliced
3 teaspoons minced garlic
2 sprigs curry leaves
3 spring onions finely sliced
2 green chillies finely sliced
1/2 lemon juice of
1-2 teaspoons salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Method
In a frypan fry cabbage till wilted and no moisture left, about 20 mins
Add the oil , onions, garlic,chilli,spring onions, turmeric, and curry leaves cook gently till soft ,about 20 mins then add salt to taste , fry for another 1 minute
Add the lemon juice and ready to serve ,
Delicious served as a side or main, can serve with rice, eggs , fish or meat. Enjoy!
